Is there any truth to the tale that if you use an anti-aging cream before you need it (say for under your eyes) that it can actually SPEED UP the development of wrinkles? I dont need the cream, but it makes my eyes feel cool and relaxed after a long day of studying!

Absolutely false. Your skin needs moisture and anti aging creams are filled with good vitamins, and minerals. Perhaps you should start paying for a facial once a month, in Europe it is part of the culture. You deserve to treat yourself well and only have one face. If you take care of your skin, it will show years down the line. If you don’t, like many women your face will show lines and wrinkles.
