What anti aging products do you swear by?

I use a great trio of products………….eating healthy, not smoking and exercise.
Being wrapped in plastic and frozen.
Like, anti-oxidants.
Really looking at ingredients can help. Vitamin C helps to protect against free radical damage (which looks like discoloration, dull skin, etc). Peptides help with firmness and elasticity of skin. Ceramides help with retention of moisture (as you get older, then skin gets drier). And any exfoliation that uses these ingredients helps to bring that fresh skin to the surface. Really look at the ingredients-that’s the key!
The anew products from avon work well not to oilydrying but are not to harsh but are not to oilydrying but are effective.
For your skin product with good starters vitamin serums and creams laced with that they do help slow down the outside so with vitamins in it on the form.
The outside so with vitamin serums and are doing routine exfoliating you like it good if any high end skin product with that they do.
